Zucchini Fashion Apprentice Fellowship Programme

The Zucchini Fashion Apprentice Fellowship Programme (Z-FAP) is a 6 or 12 month blended experiential learning providing budding fashion entrepreneurs with hands-on, practical, individual and team based work, peer review, and personalized business mentoring. Participants while learning also earn on every productive work engaged in on the programme. The programme is fully sponsored; hence free for participants.

Who Can Apply?

• Budding fashion entrepreneurs who have had basic fashion training
• Fashion entrepreneurs who demonstrate business clarity OR aspiring fashion entrepreneurs with clear business concepts that they are committed to developing and implementing over the course of the 6 or 12-month programme
• Those interested in advancing their business and management skills, as well as growing their fashion businesses and their leadership capabilities
• Fashion-starters who demonstrate passion, resilience, leadership, collaboration, and empathy
• Z-FAP is open to entrepreneurs, designers and stylists working in the fashion business
