What is Zucchini Outfit’s Return Policy?

We will exchange any product that you are not satisfied with if we are contacted within 24 hours and returned in unused condition (unwashed, unworn, no tear, no dirt and with the tags still attached) within 3 days. If assessed and the product does not meet up to our return requirement, the product may be returned back to the sender and money not refunded. Please kindly check the size guide and in some product cases, length descriptions to enable you purchase the right size.

I have received my Goods, but do not like them:

However, shipping fee applies for an exchange as the courier company sees it as new delivery.

I have received my order but the wrong item was delivered to me:

In a case where you have been sent wrong or faulty products, we bear the full cost of taking the returned merchandise and delivering the exchanged merchandise to you

How long have I got to send an item back to get a refund?

We hope you’ll love every zucchinioutfits.com purchase you make, but if you ever need to return an item, Please call or send us an email within 24 hrs so we can schedule for retrieval within 3 days.

I was charged a shipping charge. Will it be refunded when I return my product?

It is the total amount of merchandise bought that is refunded. We offer full refunds only for returned defective products only.

How will I receive my refund?

We do not give back cash. Refund is done as a store credit, in the voucher form. This Voucher is valid for 6 months.

How long will the refund process take?

The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return. This is usually within 3 days .In order to make the process as fast as possible; we will refund you via a voucher that can be used only on Zucchini Outfits’ website. This voucher is valid for 6 Months.

I have not received my refund yet, what do I do? 

You will receive an email once your refund has been processed for retrieval.
